Prospective summaries are provided with each home and are used as handouts for buyers at the time of walk through and in essence a marketing piece to ensure buyers remember the home for sale through this condition overview process.

Within the technology, inspectors will complete this summary section highlighting all the positive aspects of the home in addition to any concerns they may have. Of course, these summaries can be edited if any or all of the concerns are corrected or clarified prior to listing the home.

These Summary Reports are designed to be left on the countertop for potential buyers to quickly glance at the home and its condition. These are also designed to be taken by buyers, similar to listing stat sheets.
