Third Party Quality Assurance

This is a service available to insurance carriers, banks and lenders that is two fold.

Third Party Administrator

Under our program, we offer the ability for inspection companies to register and conduct inspections under the umbrella of our application and we, Inspection Depot Inc, acts as a third part administrator, to ensure the all inspectors and inspectors and qualified through our system. It allows all qualified and experienced inspection companies to qualify and conduct business though your company via our Quality Assurance Inspection Program and application. Quality Assurance Re-Inspection Program

A Quality Assurance re-inspection program, appointed by lenders, banks or insurance carriers is set up to re-inspect already inspected properties by other inspection companies or property management companies. The goal is to determine the performance of the already in place inspection management or property management companies. For more information on this service Click Here.

With both programs all inspection data is centralized on our validated inspection reporting system.
